Fast growing, small corrugated box manufacturer needs Chief Operating Officer/ COO Trainee. Very experienced, hardworking owner seeking key team member to help share the load and support growth. At least two years of leadership / management experience a must. Great long term opportunity, we will provide industry specific training.
Duties and responsibilities will grow to include:
- Work with CEO to set goals and objectives for operating departments.
- Develop relationships with customer, employees and vendors
- Coordinate the activities of various departments and develop "buy in" with departmental heads.
- Assume responsibility for the safety and quality of operations departments
- Act as mediator for conflict resolution among various departments.
