David's Dry Cleaners is seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The Customer Service Representative must have excellent communication skills.
Experienced Customer Service Representative needed for part time/full time work. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Wait on customers
* Process drop off and pick up orders
* Receive, examine, and tag articles to be cleaned
* Effectively communicate policies and procedures to customers
* Answer telephone to provide information and assist other employees
* Help in assembly
* Make deliveries
Job Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be able to work quickly
* Positive attitude and can work in a team environment
* Detail oriented
* Dependable
* Basic computer skills
* High School diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Authorized to work in the United States
