A local office is looking for an TEMPORARYoffice Assistant for 6 months that is experienced with Great Plains, to enter order acknowledgements, purchase orders and invoices. other duties to include: Answering telephones, responding to customer e-mails, provide tracking and delivery dates to customers, e-mail or fax invoices, packing slips, Bill of Lading and any other information requested by customers
Hours to start out part time for the first month 9am-1pm, then go to full time 9am-5pm
