JOB DESCRIPTION:

River Street Riverboat Company is seeking a creative and energetic Online Marketing Manger (OMM) to join their growing marketing team.  The OMM will be in charge of developing and expanding future and current online marketing programs and identifying and evaluating new online marketing opportunities.  The OMM must have a strong practical understanding of Internet marketing, a sense of design and content, superior project management and high analytical ability.  River Street Riverboat Company strives to create a world-class online hospitality experience, so the OMM will be responsible for link popularity, site promotions and online outreach campaigns, email marketing and banners/landing pages.  Also, the OMM will be responsible for the content and localization of our website, www.savannahriverboat.com

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Two or more years experience managing an online marketing program.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelors degree.
• Ability to work independently with general guidance.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Experience in editing and proofreading site content.
• Past achievement in web 2.0 marketing that may include:  demand generation, social communities, blogs, video and viral marketing.
• Coordination of both internal and external development and design resources to ensure deadlines are met and creative materials are delivered on time.
• Experience with website design and optimization.
• Intermediate HTML, Photoshop and Copywriting skills a must.
