The Reservation Sales Agent’s primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing selling techniques effectively. The ideal candidate would be courteous, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Tybee Vacation Rentals is seeking a sales-minded Vacation Planner who possesses the skills to sell reservations via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and online web chats in a positive and professional sales office environment. Ability to manage sales leads a must. Must be able to handle guest and tenant complaints and deliver highest standard of service to all customers. Ability to manage daily correspondences and operational tasks. Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail. Knowledge of Tybee Island a plus. Possess a positive and upbeat attitude at all times.
Minimum Requirements: Must have minimum of high school diploma. Minimum of 2 years of reservation sales or customer service experience preferably in the hospitality field. Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication and organizational skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Background and credit check
required.Salary Range: 3 to 5 days a week (27– 36 hours, varies seasonally). Starting Pay range is $10 - $12 per hour. Sales incentives will compliment wages earned.
