Welder – Fitter
Position Summary:
Responsibilities include the setup, operations and maintenance on welding machines mostly used on all types of Aluminum structural welds.
Position Requirements:
Must be AWS certified and maintain certification in aluminum welding.
Must pass an in house exam and welding test on Aluminum
Must be able to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Must be able to fabricate using various power and hand tools
Must be able to lift 50 Lb
Will be required to provide some hand tools
Must be able to perform duties which include standing, walking, using the hand and fingers, close vision and communication through talking and hearing
General Information
Must be Georgia Work Ready Silver Certified or above.
First shift (7:00 am – 3:30pm)
Reports to Production Supervisor
Benefits (Insurance, 401K, vacation, etc) start after 60 days from first day of month following hire.
