We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This individual is a key player with all new listings. This is a full-time position, M-F 8:30 to 5:00 with working on call one weekend a month.
Job Functions:
· Assist current and new clients
· Processing files for agents
· Handling incoming calls for agent
· Manage emails, office communication and mail
Requirements:
· Strong organizational skills
· Great attention to detail - both written and visual
· Excel experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Outgoing personality
· Professional written and verbal communication skills
