A family owned plumbing company needs an Administrative Assistant to work one on one with the owner. Established in 1968 the company is growing at a rapid pace and needs an Administrative Assistant , that can “swap hats” quickly, while providing expectational customer service and follow through. This is a Full-Time position Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
1+ year of Administrative Assistant experience
Knowledgeable of QuickBooks
Exceptional Customer Service and follow through
Strong customer service skills
•Invoicing via QuickBooks
•Provide exceptional customers service to ALL customers
•Right hand to the Owner
•Martian and schedules repairs
•Office Inventory Management
•Ability to work in Environment with dogs
•Correct English usage, spelling, vocabulary, and arithmetic
•Effective record keeping and document management
•Proficient knowledge of computer programs including experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
•Coordinate, organize, schedule, and prioritize tasks for self
•Display a high level of proficiency
•Handle multiple priorities, duties, and responsibilities
•Follow oral and written instructions
•Effectively communicate issues to the proper Company Departments and personnel
•Work in an environment with dogs
