- Must be able to answer multi-line phone system and screen calls.
- Meet & greet clients, customers, and vendors.
- Learn & manage large format printer.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Calculate timecards and create weekly reports of jobs & hours.
- Worker’s Comp knowledge a plus.
- May assist Accounting/HR Dept when necessary.
Position is full time hourly with possibility of moving into salary. Pay determined on experience. 90 Day Evaluation Period.
