Bookkeeper
Duties and Responsibilities
Review/Oversee multiple bank accounts and report information to appropriate co-workers
Process AP; including but not limited to reconciling packing slips, reconciling statements, QuickBooks bill entry and check runs
Pull and Class Bank Feeds/transactions in QuickBooks
Some Financial Calculations, i.e. financial assistance cards, commissions calculations, expense reimbursements
Correct financial errors, i.e. mis-deposited funds, credit card errors
Skills and Qualifications
Experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper
Detail Oriented
Ability to multi-task
Ability to understand and communicate complex data
