Breakfast/Hors d'oeuvres Cook

At the Forsyth Park Inn, we need a cook to help with breakfast, menu planning and preparing Hors d'oeuvres.

We want someone with at least 3 years experience in a relevant field with a proven track record of cooking for this kind of environment. Our guests value cute, well put together dishes.

Responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Menu planning.
  • Cook items on the menu for up to 30 people daily.
  • Multi-task breakfast cooking with hors d'oeuvres preparation.
  • Experimentation in breakfast and social hour items.
  • Desert preparation.
  • Track food supply needs.
  • Able to drive and shop for items needed during the week.
  • Breakfast clean up and dishes.
