Breakfast/Hors d'oeuvres Cook
At the Forsyth Park Inn, we need a cook to help with breakfast, menu planning and preparing Hors d'oeuvres.
We want someone with at least 3 years experience in a relevant field with a proven track record of cooking for this kind of environment. Our guests value cute, well put together dishes.
Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Menu planning.
- Cook items on the menu for up to 30 people daily.
- Multi-task breakfast cooking with hors d'oeuvres preparation.
- Experimentation in breakfast and social hour items.
- Desert preparation.
- Track food supply needs.
- Able to drive and shop for items needed during the week.
- Breakfast clean up and dishes.
