Full time cleaning/janitor SUPERVISOR position available in the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and BeaufortCounty, SC area. This position includes training and supervising custodial staff in commercial/office buildings, while maintaining an orderly, safe, and efficient cleaning operation.  Supervisory responsibilities include coordinating a staff of 3-5 employees to complete tasks in a professional, timely, and satisfactory manner. This is a working supervisor position, so other job duties include cleaning such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows and bathrooms, and any other duties associated with janitorial services. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Applicant must be responsible, motivated, reliable and a detailed oriented person with good work ethics.  Bi-lingual is a plus. We offer a salaried package with additional compensation during our season. 5-day work week that are EVENINGS AFTER 3 PM and MANDATORY WEEKENDS. Pay $1,200-$1,400 twice a month, depending on experience.
