Community Administrator

Must be punctual, detail oriented, organized and able to multitask in fast paced environments with interruptions. Must possess time-management skills and be able to work independently. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively assist customers with their needs. Must possess a strong work ethic. Works as a team player to assist other employees as needed. Proficient computer skills are essential.

Duties:

Provide professional customer service via phone and email handling consumer inquiries, providing help and support where needed.

Respond quickly and courteously to concerns and questions and take prompt action to solve problems.

Must be able to keep detailed records of communication,outcomes and transfer other requests to the appropriate individual(s).

Acts as a liaison between customers and management; has the ability to resolve multifaceted issues that may require extensive research and complex decision making skills.

Completes all other duties as assigned.
