Customer Service Associate

In this position, you will interact with leaders in the Healthcare Industry assisting with orders and answering questions regarding medical tasks trainers. The key to success in this position is providing world-class customer service, facilitating additional sales opportunities, supporting management, and keeping accurate records.
Primary Duties
•Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
•Correspond with clients via e-mail
•Maintain healthy sales cycle, keep accurate records, provide phenomenal customer service
Qualifications
•A professional phone demeanor
•Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent previous office experience
•Strong written/verbal/computer skills
•Ability to work independently
•Strong attention to detail
•Read, speak, and hear clear and precise English
