Customer Service Sales Representative
Our client, a locally owned and operated waste collection and disposal company, is seeking a customer service sales representative to assist with the continual growth of their business. The ideal candidate is dedicated, has a positive attitude, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Develop a strong, ongoing relationships with both current and potential customers
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Prospect and qualify new sales leads
· Manage a large call volume
· Familiarize yourself with current information about provided services
· Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
· Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with team members
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
· Prepare Service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proven customer support experience
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Strong computer skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
