Under limited supervision, is responsible for the daily management and oversight of all utility procurement activity, coordination of all aspects of the delivery of water and wastewater services associated with the Navy contract, responsible for negotiating cellular lease contracts for space on BJWSA owned water tanks, fleet maintenance, warehouse, and all aspects of risk management. Reports to the Deputy General Manager, Finance & Administration.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, or related field and a minimum of eight years of experience in purchasing and procurement activities with at least five years of experience at the supervisory level.
Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO) certification required and/or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
Prefer Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Starting Salary: $3,396.80 to $4,416.00 bi-weekly (depending on qualifications) plus excellent benefits package to include S.C.
