E-commerce Admin Assistant
Position Overview
The e-commerce administrative assistant is responsible for administering client reporting, account setup and customer service. The e-commerce administrative assistant will work closely with the E-commerce team, VP of Online Company Stores as well as the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications
Basic accounting skills
Exceptional strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to provide clear structure when faced with ambiguity
Strong attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and tenacious follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate an appropriate sense of urgency
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
