Facilities and Fleet Manager

Senior Citizens Inc. is currently looking for a Facilities and Fleet Manager. This position will maintain facilities, grounds, and the vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will perform general maintenance tasks and custodial tasks as well as coordinate and manage vendors for other maintenance and repair needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensure building and grounds are in neat and safe condition

· Prepare building for planned activities, including cleaning, as well as moving equipment and furniture

· Perform painting and structural repair to masonry, woodwork, and furnishing

· Coordinate repairs and maintenance of facilities with contractors

· Coordinate repairs and maintenance of vehicles

· Establish and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles, buildings, and grounds

· Maintain time and production records

· Ensure safety procedures are followed

· Complete monthly Fire Inspection and Safety Checklist for all facilities

· Coordinate and conduct annual safety drills for staff and tenants

· Assist with coordinating repairs for tenants

· Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers

Position requires 3-5 years of building maintenance and /or construction experience. Must have handyman experience and general knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Candidate must be highly organized and be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
