A local Savannah management company is looking for an HVAC certified individual with general maintenance experience to maintain apartment buildings within the group.  Most of the work will take place in Garden City; however it could include properties in other areas of Savannah as well.  Hours are M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Pay is based on experience but can range from $18-$20 per hour.  The company offers paid insurance, 401K, sick and vacation time.  A company vehicle is also provided if travel to other locations is required.

Requirements:

*General maintenance experience including basic plumbing and electrical.

*Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle report spanning 3 years.

*HVAC Certified.

*Strong attendance.

*Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
