A local Direct Insurance Agency is seeking an Account Assistant. This agency’s mission is to help people manage the risks pf everyday life. This agency’s employees’ average tenure if 10 years, which speak volumes!! This is a base plus a commission position!!
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer’s needs, and market appropriate products and services
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
· Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
· Excellent communications
· Organizational Skills
· AS degreed or higher preferred
· P&C or Health and Life License required
