Inventory & Customer Relations Manager
KeyBar, LLC, a five-year-old continually e-commerce company producing and selling our patented key organizer and tool accessories, is seeking an inventory and customer relations manager who is highly motivated, organized, personable, a self-starter, communicates well verbally and in writing, follows instruction well, a note-taker, focused, can own up to mistakes when made, receive constructive criticism well, manages time effectively and can prioritize appropriately.
Our product, KeyBar, is a patented key holder that has become wildly popular among the tactical, gun, knife, auto, tool, outdoor and gear markets thanks to our 326,000+ followers on Instagram and Facebook, as well as word of mouth by our customers. Our use of high quality materials to produce a durable and long-lasting product has made KeyBar the top choice in the key holder market.
The KeyBar atmosphere is professional yet casual. The company is run out of our machine shop/office in Savannah. We currently have 6 full time employees and large mixed-breed dog who work out of the shop. Candidates must be comfortable around large dogs.

Inventory Management Tasks (including but not limited to):
Maintaining Woocommerce website inventory
Maintaining Amazon FBA and seller-fulfilled inventory
Entering and maintaining inventory data in QuickBooks
Creating purchase orders, bills and payments in QuickBooks for inventory orders
Ordering inventory and shop/office items
Receiving inventory in QuickBooks
Communicating with shop team members regarding inventory
Customer Relations Tasks (including but not limited to):
Answering customer emails regarding questions about the product, shipping, returns, payments/purchase attempts, order changes/cancellations, custom orders, order discrepancies and other general inquiries
Correcting order discrepancies
Assisting customers over the phone when needed
Sending custom order invoices
Communicating with shipping and receiving team members
Communicating and filing claims with the USPS/UPS when orders are lost, damaged or misdelivered
Processing returns
Assisting walk-in customers
Invoicing and recording dealer orders and information
Communicating with dealers
General Tasks (including but not limited to):
Assisting with assembly, packing and shipping when needed
Assisting with trade show/event preparation and occasionally attending/working these functions
Requirements - previous inventory management experience a must, Quickbooks or comparable software knowledge preferred, industry knowledge preferred
Full-Time Hourly - $15-$17/hr, based on industry knowledge and experience
Paid Time Off - 8 PTO days to be used for sick or vacation time
Paid Holidays (when the holiday falls on a work day) - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
Travel Requirements - Blade Show in Atlanta June 1-4, a large trade show at which we exhibit
Hours - 9am-5pm, M-F
