ECI Management Group is hiring a Kitchen Manager in Garden City, GA

Kitchen Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Cooling from Scratch Catering / Caf / Other Meal Production
• Supervise approx. 3 to 4 Kitchen Employees
• Proper Storage and Temperature controls
• Daily Prep Sheets
• Inventory
• Training of Staff

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of hospitality-related experience
• 3+ years of kitchen manager or leadership experience
• Serve Safe Certified (Have or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable using a computer, navigating standard office and point-of-sale software

Work Hours Approximately 45 to 50 hours per week.

All hours worked over 45 earns Comp time and Paid Time Off Days.

Salary: 55K per year
