FT Maintenance Director position available at 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Richmond Hill, GA.

• Must have previous experience working as a Maintenance Director.
• Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills to ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner.

Duties include:

• Maintenance/repair on all residential type plumbing fixtures to include toilets, sinks, showers, and commercial hot water system.
• Maintenance/repair on electrical system, to include fluorescent lights, ballasts, fixtures, outlet switches, emergency and exit lights.
• Must also be able to complete Preventative Maintenance on fire extinguishers, emergency lights, exit lights, plumbing fixtures, and AC units.
