Marketing Manager

A local bank, located in beautiful downtown Savannah is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage the successful execution of all bank and enterprise-related marketing functions. This roles primary responsibility will be to serve as the lead for content production in multi-channel marketing programs as well as customer retention and growth. The Marketing Manager is responsible for content creation, marketing communications, web content development, advertising and assisting with marketing analytics and operations for the company. The ideal candidate will be able to strategize while executing and help build a cultural awareness and commitment to continually evolve using the most advanced marketing technology and practices. Responsibilities:

Partner closely with sales/production, executive, operations, and other group/division leaders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell all with the goal of enhancing the well-being of customers, employees, the communities, and shareholders we serve.

Manage and implement an accurate and timely revision and refresh of website contents for all applicable website locations on a regular basis.

Create and implement a content strategy that will address and achieve customer acquisition, retention and growth targets as determined by management.

Develop messaging and branding content specific to the enterprise entities.

Supervise a team of at least two with respective responsibilities for graphic design and marketing automation.

Execute comprehensive, effective, cutting-edge, and legally compliant social media plan and implementation strategy.

Collaborate with bank enterprise leadership to support multiple lines of business, geographies, and internal initiatives.

Analyze and report on market segmentation using selected strategic levers for growth.

Collaborate with retail banking and market leaders on internal and external events.

Develop and deliver campaigns to targeted audiences.

Working with Marketing leadership, oversee and execute publicity, advertising, PPC, video production and other media initiatives.

Orchestrate social media and associated compliance strategies.

Design and develop analytics to support and measure success of corporate strategies.

Actively participate in and contribute to digital marketing effort including web redesign, launch and content management.

Create and manage marketing and advertising budget and managing expenses to budget.

Manage third-party marketing consultants and suppliers, including workloads, contract negotiation, payments, and relationship management.

Additional task as required.

Requirements:

5-10years of similar or related experience, with working supervisory experience preferred.

A four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business school

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Precise attention to detail and accountability.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Prior experience with the financial industry and with marketing compliance, is required.

Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.

Must be able to perform job functions independently and with limited supervision.

Must work effectively as part of a team.

Must be capable of demonstrate highest levels of customer service.
