OFFICE ASSISTANT
This position will provide support to office manager by handling a variety of tasks to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
1+ year Admin/Office experience.
Duties:
*Process Work orders
*Invoicing
*Answering Phones Professionally
*Route Scheduling
*Prepare Documents & Estimates
*Data Entry
*Monthly Statement Audits
*Maintain accurate and timely files, both electronic and paper
*Provide Support to Office Staff and Technicians
*General Office Duties
Requirements:
*Answer Multi-Line Phone System
*Excellent Organizational Skills
*Strong Verbal and Written Communications
*Time MGMT Skills, Ability to Complete Work In A Timely And Accurate Manner
*Work Well In A Team Environment
*Must Have proficient computer skills in MS Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks
*Professional and Dependable
Hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday
Full Time Position
Compensation: $11-$14 depending on experience and QuickBooks knowledge
