Office Assistant
A local, Savannah business is seeking a pleasant and professional Part Time Office Assistant to undertake clerical duties and general office help for their company.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Greet and welcome visitors
• Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls while providing exceptional client service
• Receive and sort mail/deliveries/couriers daily
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Perform various clerical duties
• Keep updated records and files
• Entering data from various reports
Requirements
• Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position
• Strong communication and people skills
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Customer service orientation
• High School diploma
