Office Coordinator
Savannah's premier, locally owned, full service office furniture and supply store is looking for an office coordinator to help with their growing business. The ideal candidate is motivated to work in a fast pace environment and has the ability to swap hats to work with multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Scheduling customer appointments, deliveries and pickups
- Billing
- Researching and purchasing drawings
- Reviewing purchase orders
- Checking in inventory
- Data Entry
- Assisting with multiple duties in and around the office and warehouse
- Assisting customers as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer savvy
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Accounting software experience is a plus
