Duties: Utilizing the Nursing Process the Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing patients & identifying nursing diagnosis to plan & implement plan of care and evaluate patient outcome. Collaborates with Multi-Disciplinary Team and utilizes critical thinking skills to solve problems, communicate and use reflective judgment. Participant and contributor to unit activities including patient satisfaction, customer satisfaction, regulatory & accreditation compliance.

Requirements: An Associate in Nursing is required. A Bachelor is preferred. Experience in Oncology and/or Infusion is preferred. Professional License with State of Practice is required. National certification is preferred.
