A local HVAC company in Savannah is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to assist with daily office activities. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Answer and direct all incoming calls effectively and efficiently
· Following up with clients and customers
· Maintaining schedule and tracking dispatch
· Preparing and reviewing quotes
· Letter writing
· Ordering supplies and materials
· Maintaining filing system
· Light Marketing as needed
· Assists with multiple duties in and around the office
Requirements:
· Strong customer service skills
· Extreme attention to detail and follow through
· Computer savvy
· Data entry experience
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a team
