Part Time Bookkeeper
A local privately owned business is in need of an Assistant Bookkeeper. The company is a family owned construction company and the owners are seeking an individual who is dependable and has their best interest at heart.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Vendor payments and invoicing
· Entering payroll
· Accounts Payable and Receivable Duties
· Keeping files up to date
· Data Entry
· Assist with various clerical and administrative needs
· Invoicing
· Keeping files updated and ensure accurate record-keeping
· Provide customer service
Qualifications and Requirements:
· QuickBooks Experience
· 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
· Strong computer skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong attention to detail
· Positive and self-motivated attitude with ability to work in a fast pace environment
