Part Time Bookkeeper
A local privately owned business is in need of an Assistant Bookkeeper. The company is a family owned construction company and the owners are seeking an individual who is dependable and has their best interest at heart.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Vendor payments and invoicing
Entering payroll
Accounts Payable and Receivable Duties
Keeping files up to date
Data Entry
Assist with various clerical and administrative needs
Invoicing
Keeping files updated and ensure accurate record-keeping
Provide customer service
Qualifications and Requirements:
QuickBooks Experience
2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Positive and self-motivated attitude with ability to work in a fast pace environment
