As the Executive/Personal Administrative Assistant, you will work hand in hand with the owner so he can ensure his client’s financial independence, with 100% confidence. This includes maintaining his calendar, e-mail accounts, and pro-actively running his business and professional responsibilities.

What you will do:
§ Maintain calendar
§ Maintain multiple e-mail accounts
§ Keep calendar and owner organized
§ Pro-actively assist owner with the day to day actives of professional duties
§ General Clerical duties
§ Make travel arrangements
§ Proof various paperwork to ensure all “I’s are dotted, and t’s are crossed”
Experience you need:
§ College degree
§ 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level
§ Professional communication
§ Computer savvy
