Preschool Assistant Teacher

Reports to: President and CEO, Academy Director; Immediate Supervisor: Lead Teachers

The Matthew Reardon Center for Autism (MRCA) is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Since 2000, we have been constructing pathways to engaged and productive lives for children with autism using proven, evidence-based practices. We’ve accomplished this through our accredited year-round day school, family advocacy and community education.
Requests for autism educational support services for very young children has increased dramatically in the past few years, with the result that MRCA established The Early Learning Academy, an inclusion preschool for children with autism, in September 2019. The MRELA floater will work closely with director and teachers, to assist with the preschool children, direct and lead staff, assist with all activities, and any other duties asked.
