The position’s primary responsibilities include planning, organization, direction and control of the quality of service provided to the marketplace. Through the effective management of the external staff employees and clients, the HR Specialist will maintain and increase staffing goals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone etiquette, highly organized, detailed-oriented, ability to prioritize & multi-task, a self-starter with a professional presence, and personable.
Recruit, manage, train and support the success of external staff employees by establishing rapport and control
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business environment with an emphasis on service and sales
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, anticipate problems, and meet deadlines
Ability to work under high-pressure conditions and maintain a professional attitude and behavior
Efficient with the MS Office Software
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively and professionally communicate and relate with clients
