Candidates will be responsible for:

-interacting with customers, answering their questions and concerns in a timely manner.

-possess the ability to educate clients about our company's products and services.

-ordering parts and monitoring service progress.

-calculate charges and process payments.

-record customer details and transactions.

-excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask a must.
