Specialty Account Liaison

Our client, who specializes in 3-D anatomical models, is seeking an Specialty Account Liaison for the Military and Corporate division.  The Specialty Account Liaison  works to facilitate the External Sales Teams (EST) achieve the business budget targets by implementing sales plans and priorities for the teams.

 MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • From campaign plans, research the necessary contacts to communicate with regarding demonstrations and Regional Account Manager (RAM) appointments.
  • Proactively contacting both known and researched contacts from a targeted list, introducing them to the product we are “selling” which will lead to an appointment or demo for RAM.
  • Engaging customers in conversations conducive to selling appropriate products, suggesting new ideas, or solutions and up-selling when possible. Take a direct approach using the telephone as the primary tool.
  • Passing relevant inquiries to RAM’s
  • Providing excellent customer service by positive interaction with customers, prospective customers and colleagues. Encouraging colleagues to follow these same standards.
  • Responsible for conducting and writing tender & RFP submissions by due close dates which must be finally approved by the US NAM
  • Follow up on all inquiries from prospecting, telephone, website, trade shows, quotes, etc. in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining the Salesforce CRM system

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical Administration would be desirable but not essential
  • Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Sales experience (internal or external)
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications such as Word, Excel and Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
