Requirements: 

2+ years of demonstrated success selling high quality home products, ideally with at least 1 year of kitchen/bath focus on tile surface materials and/or plumbing fixtures. Computer skills; good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word & Excel. Familiarity with web applications; and customer relationship management principles.

Additional characteristics of a strong candidate: 

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Good problem solving skills; including knowing when and how to involve management. Diplomatic/tactful: can handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company. Excels at 'follow-up' and 'follow through.' Can not only multi-task well, but can calmly navigate competing and changing priorities. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Solicit market area surfaces clients and assist walk in customers. 
• Provide pricing and delivery information, detailed product specifications. 
• Resolves customers' requests, questions and complaints; find the win/win solution for our customers and the company.
