Water Operator Trainee
Under general supervision, assists in operations of groundwater systems, wells, surface water treatment plant, and distribution system in accordance with all state and federal regulations. Requires shift work.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write & perform basic math.
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment used in water systems.
- Computer experience in Excel, Word and the ability to learn software used by BJWSA.
- Must obtain a S.C. Class B Surface Water Plant Operator certification within 3 yrs of hire.
- Valid driver’s license.
Starting Salary: $14.99/hr + great benefits pkg
