Guest Service Attendant
Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. GSA is responsible for greeting all guest to the Holiday Inn Express as they enter the hotel.
Job requirements are opening vehicle doors to guest checking-in and returning to property, assisting with information about hotel amenities, smiling and greeting each guest that enters and exist hotel. This position requires an individual with a dynamic and exuberant personality.
