The Center for Digestive and Liver Health is currently looking for a Clinical Support Staff Team Member for the Hardeeville, SC. In this position you would work with all providers in the clinical area to maximize efficient patient flow. The Clinical Support Staff is accountable for the patient's care either in person or via the telephone. You must posses a current SC RN licnese and have clinical office experience.  Pay ranges from $23-$27 based on experience.

This position will involve travel to all three locations including Savannah, Pooler and Hardeeville.  Flexability is a must.

  • General phone triage. ( Refills, Questions, Symptoms)

  • Knowledge of 6 rights of medication administration.

  • Retrieve voicemail messages and transfer to call process within EHR.

  • Obtain Prior Authorizations for medications prescribed to patient.

  • Obtain Pre-Certification on procedures.

  • Has clear understanding of GI procedures and terminology.

Education and Experience: 

Experience working with patients in either a physician’s office or hospital
