    Night Auditor

    11pm- 7am

    - Part Time -

    Front Desk Clerk on night shift. 

    Checks guests in/out of hotel.

    Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner.

    Accurately completes transactions and answers guest questions promptly.

    Responsible for reviewing the daily work submitted from the departments and investigating any variances.

    Must be flexible in assignments fulfilling guest requests as needed such as wake up calls, providing extra items/room amenities.

    21 years or older.

    Position requires excellent guest service and hospitality skills as well as solid computer and cash handling skills.

    Prior customer service experience and HS/GED required. Previous hotel guest services experience preferred; accounting knowledge would be helpful.

    Must be available to work a flexible part time schedule, rotating days on 3rd. Shift (11pm-7:30am) including weekends and holidays.

    Front Desk Agent

    The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

    Shifts Available- 3-11pm and 7am-3pm 

    Part time available - Weekends

    Must be willing to work Weekends and Holidays,if necessary.

    Hotel experience a plus!

     Physical requirements:

    * Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

    * Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force
    occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently
    or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise
    move objects.

    * Ability to stand during entire shift.

    problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.

    * Must be effective in handling problems, including
    anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving
    problems as necessary.

    * Must be able to understand and apply complex
    information, data, etc. from various sources to meet
    appropriate objectives.

    * Must be able to cross-train in other hotel related
    areas.

    * Must be able to maintain confidentiality of
    information.

    * Must be able to show initiative, including
    anticipating guest or operational needs.

    * Must be able to get along with fellow team members

    Housekeepers

     

    The duties of a hotel housekeeper are probably the most important duties that take place in a hotel on a daily basis. The duties of a hotel housekeeper include cleaning the hotel room quickly, efficiently and neatly, and maintaining neat and clean carts, storage rooms, equipment and supplies. Other duties are maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude on guests and staffs and labelling and submitting all lost and found items.

    Housekeeping Attendant Summary:
    Assures highest possible level of guest satisfaction. Responsible for the cleanliness of guest units as well as the cleanliness of common areas as assigned. Works efficiently and presents a friendly atmosphere for guest service & satisfaction. 
    * Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees. 
    * Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with Company standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Also ensures public areas are clean. 
    * Stocks and maintains Housekeeping carts and storage rooms. 
    * Reports maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager immediately. 
    * Properly tags lost and found items and turns them in to management. 
    * Offers guest assistance when needed whenever possible. 
    * Cleans break room, guest laundry, vending and other areas as assigned. 
    * Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with Company standards. 
    * Individual may be cross-trained as Laundry Attendant to provide assistance as needed. 
    * Other duties may be assigned. 


    Job Requirements

    Valet Postition

     2 positions open for a valet attendant for afternoon & nights. This is a great job for those seeking summer employment and a part -time job during the school year, The Valet attendant must act and dress professionally and meet he following requirements:

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

     Summary: Parks and retrieves vehicles for hotel guest in a safe and efficient manner. 
    Provides assistance with loading & unloading baggage. Provides excellent guest service to 
    all guests.


    Essential Functions:

      • Accountable for parking and retrieving vehicles for hotel guests

    • Assist guests into and out of their vehicle• Provides assistance with loading and unloading baggage

    • Ensures vehicles are locked and secure while in the possession of the property

    • Ensures the guest keys are logged and secured

    • Greet guest upon arrival and answer questions guests may have, including 
    information regarding property products, services and/or events

    • Ensure proper retrieval and departure of the guest’s vehicles

    • Ensure property driveways are kept clear• Performs other duties as assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Ability to effectively and safely drive all vehicle types, including standard and 
    automatic transmissions

    • Clean driving record

    • Previous experience providing excellent guest service

    • At least 18 years of age

    • Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions

    • Effectively communication in English, both written and verbal• Previous experience performing same or similar duties preferred

    • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

    • Valid Georgia Driver License

    Physical Requirements

    • Walk, jog, stand or stoop up to 100% of the time

    • Remain in stationary position for 8 hours throughout work shift

    • Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity

    • Communicate via radios• Work outdoors in an environment that may be loud, smoky, dusty, and extreme hot 
    or cold temperatures and variable weather conditions

    • Vision, hearing, speaking, literacy (critical)
