Legal Assistant

Our client, a local trial attorney that specializes in personal injury, is seeking a motivated and passionate Legal Assistant to assist in keeping the office functioning efficiently, from coordinating meetings to maintaining complete and accurate files.This is a challenging role with varied responsibilities and meaningful opportunities for new experiences in the legal field.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing and filing documents

- Assisting clients with general information

- Completing legal forms

- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of an office

- Computer literacy must be proficient in MS Office

- Excellent verbal, secretarial, and organizational skills

- Composing correspondence for clients, judges, and other attorneys

- Must be a team player

- Must be dependable, punctual, professional, energetic and a problem solver.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of legal administrative experience

- Customer Service mindset

- MS Office Proficient

- Professional communication and presentation
