Eastern Excavating Co is seeking a full time construction estimator.  The company self-performs complete site development, and has been well established in Savannah, GA for over 30 years. 

Estimator duties include the following:

·         Tracking new project leads and marketing  

·         Representing the company at professional events and pre-construction meetings

·         Performing plan take-off

·         Soliciting material supplier and subcontractor pricing

·         Compiling hard-bid estimates, negotiated and conceptual budgets

·         Complete pre-construction submittals

·         Material procurement and scheduling

·         Assisting with project management
