We are a family operated company that offers a wide array of insurance services. We are seeking a customer service/inside sales agent.

Experience:

· 3+ years of successful customer service and sales experience with a creative mindset

· A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

· Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking.

· Able to work/learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

· Property & Casualty Insurance License; Life & Health Insurance License preferred, but not required

· Maintain knowledge of current marketing technologies, trends, practices, and procedures

· Utilize consultative sales skills to assess current client needs and educate on our services to enhance business opportunities

· Establish and close new profitable accounts by building relationships with new and existing clientele

· Customize the content of sales presentations based on specific clients

· Understand and utilize selected software, apps and workflow procedures for entering/documenting leads, entering/requesting quotes, entering creative briefs, production review/status, and billing confirmation

· Manage travel and entertainment expenses responsibly

· Complete and submit expense reports monthly

· Contribute as a team player

· Self-motivated and results-driven
