Tradeshow Support Specialist

Our growing orthopedic medical device company is seeking a Tradeshow Support Specialist in our clean, climate-controlled warehouse, with at least 2 years of experience. The candidate will ensure all materials for outgoing and incoming tradeshow, lab, donation, and exhibit events are processed, packaged, and transported accurately. The candidate will pull and package instruments and booth materials for transport, while coordinating and monitoring event timelines to ensure deadlines are met. The candidate will accurately log quantities, lots, and kits into the database to maintain traceability of exhibit materials. Must have organizational and time management skills to establish priorities while also being flexible to allow for assignment changes, possible interruptions, and deadlines. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, reach with hands and arms, and stand for short periods. The candidate may be cross-trained to work in other inventory positions as needed. The candidate will also assist in maintaining the quality systems values, vision, mission, goals, policies, and procedures for applicable state, federal, and international guidelines. Hours are M-F, 9-5 with a working lunch and two ten-minute breaks, group benefits, 401k, FSA. Monthly bonus after 6 months. Must pass drug and background test.
