Prohibition hiring for Lead Line Cook, Server Assistants, and Hosts

Prohibition Savannah is looking for a hardworking professional to join our team as a Lead Line Cook. This position works directly under the CDC and Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will have mostly open availability and a strong resume, having at least 3 years experience in a med-high volume restaurants. This is a professional environment, and candidates who are interested should be well groomed, punctual, and dependable. We are a casual fine-dining restaurant. Experience in a similar environment will help you to succeed here. Most importantly, a sense of urgency, refined inter-personal communication skills, and pride in product are requisite for this position. A Lead Line Cook should be able to master every position in the kitchen (Fry, Grill, Saute, and Cold-side). You must be able to work well as part of a team. We take care of those that take care of us. 

We are also hiring for support staff positions, including Server Assistants and Hosts. Mostly open availability, some experience, and a professional work ethic are all requisite for these positions. If you have an extremely limited schedule, please do not apply.
