Accounts Receivable Manager

A local Community Services Association is looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Manager to manage the collections and receivables for over nineteen hundred Association members. The ideal candidate can work independently, can work in a team environment, and has good customer service skills. Candidates must have previous experience in AR services. Our client offers health insurance, paid vacation, paid sick time, and holiday pay.


Maintaining files and databases relating to collections and accounts receivables.

Emailing monthly statements and processing monthly billings.

Assisting residents in person or and by phone.

Setting up new resident accounts in Condo Manager

Preparing and posting deposits to financial institutions.

Assessing finance charges to members in financial arrears.

Preparing and mailing quarterly statements and newsletters.

Preparing various reports for monthly Board of Directors meetings.

Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail.

Preparing letters for real estate closings.

Preparing documents and appearing in court for various filings.

Assisting with the filing and releasing of property liens.

Preparing collections and reminder email letters.

Reviewing/updating foreclosure and bankruptcy accounts.

Filing and releasing legal suits, and following up with other legal actions as necessary, such as identifying individuals assets through interrogatories and filing garnishments.

Updating customers / members notes to incorporate changes or collections status.

Performing daily Condo Manger system backups.

Serving as Petty Cash Custodian.

Other duties as needed.


Previous experience in AR services.

Previous experience with Community services is a plus.

Customer Service Skills.

Excellent communications skills.

Strong work ethic and dependability.
