Administrative Assistant
The top construction rental company in savannah is searching for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer skills and a desire to work in a fast pace environment
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Assisting with account payable and account receivable
· Checking in incoming Inventory
· Tracking and adjusting inventory
· Assisting with machine cost
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
· Assist Customers
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proven administrative assistant experience
· Machinery and/or Equipment Rental experience is a plus
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
