Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist owners with various clerical and administrative needs
Invoicing
Ensure accurate record-keeping
Answering multi-phone line system
Provide customer service
Ordering materials
Shipping & Receiving
Qualifications and Requirements:
QuickBooks Experience
2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Positive and self-motivated attitude with ability to work in a fast pace environment
