Bookkeeper Assignment

A Savannah medical clinic is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to assist during an employee leave of absence. The assignment runs through July.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review/Oversee multiple bank accounts and report information to appropriate co-workers

Process AP; including but not limited to reconciling packing slips, reconciling statements, QuickBooks bill entry and check runs

Pull and Class Bank Feeds/transactions in QuickBooks

Some Financial Calculations, i.e. financial assistance cards (CareCredit), commissions calculations, expense reimbursements

Correct financial errors, i.e. mis-deposited funds, credit card errors

Skills and Qualifications

Experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper

Detail Oriented

Ability to multi-task

Ability to understand and communicate complex data

Problem Solver

Medical experience preferred
